I haven't been taking the time to post...but now I'm back to it. I'm down 3 lbs as of last Saturday. That's an average loss of 1.5 lbs per week. Up to that point, I had only been watching my food intake and not exercising. I have run twice this week. The first time was 1 mile running 13.5 min/mile and walking back 1 mile T a 17.5 min/mile pace. I probably could have run back, but fell during the first mile and hurt my knee a bit. I didn't want to make it worse...thus walking back. My second run was 1.5 miles at the community center track. Not my favorite place to run, but with it being winter I may be there more often...we'll see. I am now training to run the Wasatch Back Ragnar race in June. I attempted to start training this week, but of the four runs I'm supposed to do I've only done 1. The training schedule is similar to what's on the Ragnar website.
Also, I've finished 2 more chapters of Y:TOM and will have reviews up soon.
